Randall V. Sutter received his J.D. in 2006 and was admitted to practice law before the State Bar of California the same year. Mr. Sutter is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California (2006). Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Sutter was an entrepreneur and business owner for over twenty years.  This has allowed him to combine his business and financial experience with his legal expertise to assist both individuals and businesses.

Mr. Sutter is active in a number of professional organizations including:  National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys; American Bar Association; State Bar of California; Los Angeles County Bar Association; Ventura County Bar Association; Inns of Court; and the Ventura Chamber of Commerce.  

When away from the office, Mr. Sutter’s favorite pastimes include swimming, tennis, running, walking, and the occasional game of basketball. Mr. Sutter resides in Ventura with his family.

In addition to his professional career and personal activities, Mr. Sutter enjoys volunteering in the community. This includes Board of Director positions with the Ventura Teen Legal Clinic and the Buenaventura Swim Club, coaching youth sports, teaching at local high schools, and volunteering at various other community-based programs.
